Late morning/lunchtime sessions in the Big Arena with focus on technical questions. Straightness, lines to skinnies, combinations with curves to corners, a grid.. etc. Usually groups of 3 at £45 for one hour (RoR/ERC discount £35). Afternoon on the wood chip XC Winter Loop putting that training into practice. Groups of up to 4, for one hour, £30. Or combine the two for £70 (£60 RoR/ERC)
